Boom Gate Installations came about when we noticed a large flaw with the industry. Originally a gate and garage door company, we were being inundated with calls from people all over Melbourne who had been let down by their existing boom gate company. Things like not coming out for warranties, not returning their phone calls, treating them like they didn’t matter among other negative experiences were common to hear from these enquiries.

Hearing the disappointment in these peoples voices we decided to start educating ourselves and hiring some of the best boom gate technicians in the industry. Already having a proven back ground in customer service, it didn’t take long for us to start getting requests from clients all over Melbourne.
